Position Summary

As the Vice President of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our revenue generation efforts, responsible for creating and executing a robust sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives. This high-impact role requires a visionary sales leader with exceptional strategic thinking, a proven track record of success in sales leadership, and expertise in the security services industry or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement.
  • Revenue Generation: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategies.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and make data-driven recommendations to the executive team.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the security services industry or a related field.
  • Proven Success: A demonstrable track record of exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Leadership: Exceptional ability to inspire, manage, and grow a high-performing sales team.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of security solutions, services, and client challenges.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital sales strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
