Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented VP of Sales to spearhead our sales operations, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales leadership, a strong network within the landscaping or related industries, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expand client base, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive top-line revenue through effective prospecting, pipeline management, and client retention strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor sales KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and recommend adjustments to improve results.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or related service industries.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Networking Ability: Strong connections with property developers, contractors, and decision-makers in New Jersey.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
