Vice President of Operations, Roofing

I am working with a Roofing Manufacturer looking to add executive talent into their operations leadership.

The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:

• Capability to standardise processes across numerous manufacturing sites.
• Understanding how to scale operations at pace whilst concurrently maintaining the product quality.
• 10+ operations management experience at vary levels of responsibility.
• Understanding & capable in the execution of continuous improvement strategies.
• Previous experience in developing operational strategy, not only the execution of the strategy.
• Understanding of roofing products, particularly metal roofing.
• Experience in managing over 6 sites with $100Mn+ revenue responsibility.
