Are you an agronomist with experience of leading a technical sales team?
My client is a market-leading supplier of Biostimulants across Europe and they are looking to further strengthen their team with the appointment of a Technical Service and Training Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a technical sales team across EMEA and APAC regions.
- Act as a product specialist, providing technical agronomic support to sales teams and clients.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage agronomic trials, collaborating with R&D and sales to support product launches.
- Contribute to marketing materials and technical content for products.
- Evaluate and enhance training programs and oversee associated budgets.
- Participate in R&D meetings to guide new product development.
- Support client and distributor presentations internationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in agronomy, life sciences, horticulture, or similar.
- 10+ years in agriculture, with 5+ years leading a regional/global technical team.
