Technical Sales Support - France

Are you a Mechanic with strong experience of heavy mining equipment?

Have you worked in a client facing role, supporting and advising on technical solutions?

Are you located in, or near, Mâcon?

This role is working for a global engineering company who are frontrunners in sustainable technology, end-to-end solutions, and services for the mining, aggregates and oil & gas industries. It will report into the Support Director SENA (South Europe and North Africa).

It is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to expand their technical and commercial knowledge within the mining industry, and to join and inclusive culture with a network of colleagues from around the world.

Due to an upcoming retirement, they are looking for a Technical Sales Support who will work alongside the sales team to provide technical support for their whole product line within the region. (SENA)

You will need:

• In depth technical experience with heavy mining equipment, both fixed and mobile.
• Strong experience in a client facing role, providing solutions and feeding market needs back to internal teams.
• Some understanding of CAD and product design.
• A drive to develop your technical and commercial knowledge.
• Availability to travel in France, and occasionally internationally.
