Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales of our crushing equipment across the east coast of Australia, covering New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, exceptional sales acumen, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mining, construction, and aggregate sectors.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the crushing equipment or related heavy machinery industry.
- Strong technical understanding of crushing equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across NSW, VIC, and QLD.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
