At CSG Talent, we have partnered with a leading construction firm to find an experienced Superintendent for an exciting opportunity in Alexandria, VA. This role is perfect for a construction professional with a passion for field leadership, quality control, and client satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. You will lead field staff, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety regulations, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise carpenters, laborers, and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with project plans.
• Maintain scheduling, materials, and equipment readiness to meet project timelines.
• Conduct daily reports, safety inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

✔ 8+ years of experience as a lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, or building renovation projects.
✔ OSHA 30 certification (First Aid & CPR required).
✔ Experience managing projects up to $10M in value.
✔ Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
✔ Procore experience preferred.
