About the Role

As a Superintendent II, you will oversee all field execution for wood multi-family projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading project teams from construction start through closeout.
• Managing subcontractors and enforcing OSHA safety standards.
• Maintaining project schedules and conducting daily progress reports.
• Overseeing quality control and the project turnover/closeout process.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on multi-family wood construction projects.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and direct reports.
• Proficiency in construction management tools and technology.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
