About the Role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will lead onsite teams and oversee multifamily residential construction projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal and external teams to coordinate project schedules.
• Supervising subcontractors, conducting quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Forecasting resources, managing budgets, and maintaining timelines.
• Providing on-site direction for construction activities, including site preparation, wood framing, MEP trades, and interior finishes.
• Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal building codes and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of on-site supervision experience in multifamily residential construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools like Microsoft Project.
• A deep understanding of current building codes, ADA laws, and alternative building methods.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage all phases of construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and trade-specific drawings.
