About the Role:

As a Superintendent, you will oversee on-site operations for large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This position requires an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in managing project teams. Working primarily from the field, you will play a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Superintendent plans, schedules, organizes and directs the construction of multi-family building projects.
• Responsible for all field execution of the project.
• Will have multiple direct reports (Assistant Superintendents)
• Responsible for coordinating the timely and cost-effective placement of the contracted work.
• They assist the Project Manager and/or Project Executive with all project needs.
• They supervise directly or through subordinates all field construction work.
• They have full responsibility for all pertinent Safety and Quality Control policies and procedures.

Experience

• Experience as a primary Superintendent on multi-family projects
• Experience with multiple direct reports and an exceptional ability to lead and manage project team
