About the Role:

As a Superintendent, you will oversee on-site operations for large-scale construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This position requires an experienced construction professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in managing project teams. Working primarily from the field, you will play a critical role in delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of safety and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring project quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe, and compliant job site.
  • Lead site meetings and communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress.
  • Resolve on-site issues effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Mentor and guide site teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 7 years of experience in construction, with proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or public projects.
  • Track record of managing projects in the $50m+ range, particularly in sectors like Healthcare, Education, or Public Works.
