Overview:

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing field operations on construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project requirements. This role involves managing teams, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations and ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Manage and supervise field personnel.
• Monitor project budgets and costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Address project challenges and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• 5+ years of leadership in heavy civil projects
• 5+ years experience with craft field crew/subcontractor oversight
• 2+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural Champion
• Proven leadership experience in managing field operations.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
