Superintendent Job Description:

As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing and executing a variety of construction projects across multiple sectors. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of field operations from the initial planning phase, through scheduling, staffing, and ultimately project completion. You will be the primary supervisor on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will work alongside the Project Manager to maintain consistent communication with all team members, including trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders. While every day brings new challenges, some of your key responsibilities will include:

Requirements:

• Previous experience working for General Contractors is required.
• Supervise all on-site field operations for the project.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to proactively identify and address potential issues affecting project quality.
• Develop and manage subcontractor performance schedules.
• Regularly inspect the site for OSHA violations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Lead Toolbox Talks with all employees to reinforce safety protocols and best practices.
