Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and drones? I'm looking for a dynamic Sr. Sales Manager to join a growing company who is looking to expand in the US market.

My client:

They are a leading provider of cutting-edge UAV and drone solutions who is committed to innovation and excellence, delivering exceptional products and services to their customers, with a strong presence in Europe.

They are now looking to replicate their success they have in Europe to the US.

As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the UAV and drone industry.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, targeting both existing and emerging markets.
• Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Managing a team of sales professionals and providing mentorship and guidance.
• Representing our company at industry events and conferences.
• Responsible for P&L and growing this
• Building a Sales team in the US

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales in the UAV or drone industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAV and drone market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to hunt for new business and create new sales channels and obtain new customers
