My client is a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing the agricultural industry with our innovative drone-based solutions. They are continuing to grow and now looking for a Seasoned Salesperson with strong connections in the agriculture retail space.
Your Mission:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and maximize revenue.
- Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate relationships with agricultural retailers and channel partners, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Champion Drone Adoption: Position our drone services as a valuable solution for increasing revenue, extending services, and enhancing customer value.
- Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with team of experts in product, operations, and partnerships to deliver tailored solutions.
- Expand Beyond Agriculture: Explore opportunities to leverage drone technology in other sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales within the agricultural sector.
- Deep understanding of agricultural retailers' challenges and opportunities.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Experience with technology solutions, particularly in the ag-tech space.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
