Soft Services Manager

We are looking for a talented Soft Services Manager to join a leading Property Management company in Dubai!

In this role, you will:

• Oversee and manage the delivery of high-quality soft services across multiple client projects.
• Focus on continuous improvement, implementing strategies to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a team of cleaning supervisors and staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Soft Services Management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and improving service delivery.
• Strong understanding of cleaning methods, equipment, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites across Dubai.
