Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team.

The Role:
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of fire and security systems across [Region]. You will ensure that all systems are operating effectively and in line with industry standards while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive servicing on fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.

  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.

  • Complete service reports and ensure all paperwork is up to date.

  • Provide technical support and advice to clients when needed.

  • Work in accordance with health & safety regulations and company policies.

  • Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in fire and security system servicing is essential.

  • Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems.

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., FIA, NSI, BAFE, or equivalent) are desirable.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

  • Full UK driving license.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
