We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. Key responsibilities include managing Incidents and Requests, ensuring accurate documentation, coordinating with resolver groups, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The role involves producing reports, supporting internal and external customer requests, and assisting with planned maintenance. Candidates must adhere to established procedures and be willing to work shifts, including weekends and nights. Hybrid working may be available after the training period.
