About the Role:

Our client is a leading provider of cloud and digital transformation services, specializing in optimizing and managing cloud infrastructures and applications. They are seeking a Senior Sales Director to drive growth and expand their reach in the Oracle Cloud and Applications space. This role involves promoting a comprehensive suite of services and solutions aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency and leveraging advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive growth in cloud and digital transformation services, with a focus on Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Service Promotion: Share and promote the extensive range of services including digital transformation, managed cloud services, cloud assessments, and Oracle applications.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies for cloud adoption, migration, and cost optimization.
  • Solution Selling: Demonstrate the value of services including Oracle ERP, PaaS, and Cloud at Customer, as well as business intelligence and custom application development solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the cloud and digital transformation sectors, with a focus on Oracle Cloud and applications.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions, digital transformation services, and related technologies.
  • Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
