Senior Project Professional / Job Captain

I'm working with an award winning Architecture and Interior Design firm in Boston, MA, who are looking to find a Senior Level Project Professional / Job Captain who has the ability to go to job sites in Boston, do surveys and draw construction documents in Revit. A full list of duties below. My client are looking for somebody who ideally has experience of doing workplace interiors. You must be a US citizen and you must be able to provide a portfolio of construction drawings to demonstrate your technical skills.

1. Site survey and documentation
2. General site code review (egress, fixture counts, path of travel)
3. Assist with preparation of budget scope drawings and specifications
4. Technical coordination with the design team
5. Site survey and documentation
6. Full construction documentation including technical detailing and specifications
7. Coordination with client, landlord, and consultants
8. Redline review of construction documents
9. Issue and distribute documentation
10. Respond to questions from bidders
11. Attend weekly project meetings and respond to RFI's
12. Site inspections and layout approvals
13. Coordinate revisions, bulletins and addenda
14. Review shop drawings and submittals
15. Punchlist inspection, compilation and distribution
16. Assist in project close-out documentation

As well as extensive benefits and a salary range of $95,000-125,000 my client are offering wholly remote working
