As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring that all phases are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a professional team responsible for project design and construction.
• Developing project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet goals and contractual requirements.
• Coordinating with project personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain productivity and resolve issues.
• Monitoring field operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and providing technical guidance.
• Managing claims, documentation, and project closeout while maintaining relationships with clients, contractors, and external teams.
• Preparing and delivering project reports to stakeholders, owners, and management.

Requirements

• 10+ years' experience in project management within a construction or engineering firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred).
• Experience with federal, state, and local projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage costs, schedules, and contracts effectively.
