Senior Project Manager - ESG & Sustainability | Remote

An established environmental consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager - ESG to drive sustainability initiatives and support its expanding practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex ESG programs, GHG strategies, and sustainability reporting for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ESG materiality assessments, decarbonization strategies, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop standardized processes to improve project delivery.
• Support business development efforts through proposals and external presentations.
• Mentor and guide teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of consulting experience, including 5+ years in ESG and sustainability.
• Expertise in GHG accounting, regulatory compliance, and sustainability frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ESG policies and reporting standards (CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure, GHG Protocol, TCFD).
• Proven leadership in managing complex projects and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
