About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical 2-gig multi-campus data center construction project. This is a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale, long-term project and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
• Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of 4+ project professionals.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Schedule Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the data center construction industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and regulations.
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
