Senior Product Developer - Dairy

CSG Talent are partnered with a globally recognized dairy business who are hiring a Senior Product Developer role to play a key role in product development efforts aimed at the US market.

Our client already have a big presence internationally & have exciting growth plans for the US market that you will play a crucial role in. We are seeking an individual with an existing proven track record in the dairy industry who who can lead the product design for Fresh dairy and dairy alternatives type food products.

You will get the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art pilot facility in order to support with all modern tools the required R&D actions to develop from scratch from lab via pilot to industrial launch, leading the cream R&D product portfolio for all Fresh dairy and fresh dairy alternatives related projects.

Requirements:

• 8+ years experience in product development settings within dairy, experienced across a variety of product specialisms within dairy
• Master's degree educated
• Capability to do hands-on pilot and industrial trials
• Fermented dairy process and formulation experience
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience of working on a range of dairy R&D projects with tight time-lines, working collaboratively with other teams.

Please note, this position will require individuals to be based in Kansas.
