Job Description: Senior Marketing Manager

Company Overview: Our client is a growing, dynamic consulting firm. The company is currently expanding its operations into Europe and the Middle East. The company specialises in providing innovative solutions across multiple sectors, delivering value-driven results.

Role Summary: looking for a talented and driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the firm's marketing initiatives, focused on expanding brand awareness and developing impactful marketing strategies. The role includes managing social media and PR efforts, creating business development materials, identifying exhibitions, and supporting the long-term marketing plan. Reporting to the VP of Business Development, the Senior Marketing Manager will also collaborate closely with external consultants and the business development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Awareness & Strategy Development: Drive the company's brand positioning by developing marketing strategies, including creating presentations and business development materials.
Social Media & PR: Oversee content creation for LinkedIn, website design, PR campaigns, and manage exhibitions and other proactive marketing initiatives.
Collaboration: Work alongside external consultants and internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
SEO & Digital Marketing: Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies in collaboration with Roy, including managing social media campaigns and optimizing online presence.
Team Building & External Collaboration: Initially manage marketing efforts independently, with the potential to build a team or partner with external agencies for web development and other marketing needs.

Role Requirements:
10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably within the consulting, energy, or oil & gas sectors.
Strong expertise in graphic design, web development (WordPress, Adobe), SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent collaboration skills.
Experience managing marketing tools like Salesforce and Canva is an asset.
Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with an understanding of translating technical industry concepts into compelling content.
Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot for managing marketing campaigns.
Experience with Canva for content creation is an asset.


Location: Toronto, Ontario


Compensation:

Salary range: CAD $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
