Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Maintenance Manager to join our state-of-the-art liquid manufacturing facility in Conyers, Georgia. This facility specializes in producing high-quality sauces for global clients, including McDonald's, and employs over 400 dedicated team members.

The Senior Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring the facility operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team of 10 maintenance professionals and make a significant impact in a world-class organization known for its commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:

    • Directly oversee a team of 10 maintenance staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.
    • Develop and mentor team members, promoting professional growth and high performance.
  • Maintenance Operations:

    • Ensure the reliability and operational efficiency of all equipment and systems in the liquid manufacturing plant.
    • Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
    • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to address equipment-related issues promptly.
  • Strategic Planning & Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
    • Plan and execute capital improvement projects to enhance plant capabilities and safety.
  • Compliance & Safety:

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and industry standards, including OSHA and environmental regulations.
    • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with food or liquid manufacturing experience highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing maintenance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective operations.
