What You'll Do:

✔ Lead and manage a facilities team across a campus or portfolio of properties
✔ Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless maintenance, safety, and compliance
✔ Manage service contracts and vendor relationships efficiently
✔ Drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and innovation in facility operations
✔ Develop budgets, analyze operational data, and implement cost-saving initiatives
✔ Foster a strong team culture with a focus on performance and excellence

What We're Looking For:

✅ 8-10 years of facilities management experience (with at least 3 years at a leadership level)
✅ Strong background in leasing, construction, engineering, and building management
✅ Expertise in financial management, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination
✅ Proficiency in CMMS/Work Order Management systems (preferred)
✅ Leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction
