Senior Electrical Designer needed for a large EPCM company in the Denver area.

This multi-discipline project development and execution company are committed to providing superior solutions to client's challenges. The company initially focused on electrical design before evolving into multi-discipline engineering, architecture, and more.

This Senior designer will be responsible for design activities for multiple large projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Design activities include power and control, cable tray, lighting, heat trace, grounding, lightning protection, and cathodic protection.

The designer is responsible for the weekly plan of all projects and tasks. The weekly plan includes project assignments, estimated completion dates, any project issues, and any overhead requirements.

The designer will need to exercise judgement in the selection and organisation of work methods and the determination of procedures most appropriate to the immediate task at hand and per individual expertise level.

The designer shall develop, approve, and coordinate work schedules to ensure that objectives of cost, quality, and time are met.

The designer shall develop guidelines for complex design issues that were encountered in projects.
