Senior Cost Manager (MEP & CSA)

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an ambitious Senior Cost Manager to join our team. The role is based in multiploe locations across Europe.

About the Role
We are looking for a candidate whose CV and experience reflect successful cost and commercial management of CSA or MEP works at a senior level. Experience within the data centre sector is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, work effectively as part of a team, and take ownership of their project delivery.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through all project stages, from feasibility to pre-contract and post-contract phases, ensuring maximum value is delivered.

This role will suit individuals with expertise in:

• Pre-contract cost modelling and planning.
• Negotiation and procurement.
• Post-contract cost management.
• Contract creation, execution, and analysis to drive operational and financial performance.
• Commercial pricing, modelling, and strategies to ensure value for money for clients.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Cost Management/Quantity Surveying.
• Chartered with RICS or equivalent.
• Strong measurement and cost planning skills.
• Experience with JCT/FIDIC contracts.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
