Location: West Coast / Pacific Northwest (Remote with Travel)

With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, we are seeking an experienced and well-connected Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Director to expand our market presence in the West Coast and Pacific Northwest region.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven sales leader with a deep understanding of the beef industry and an established network of clients across the West Coast and Pacific Northwest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, food service providers, and processors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including contract negotiations and partnership development.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to provide strategic insights.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7-10 years of sales or business development experience in the beef or protein industry.
Established network of contacts within the beef industry, particularly in the West Coast / Pacific Northwest region.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and drive business growth.
Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
