As the Sanitation Manager on the 3rd shift, you will be responsible for overseeing sanitation operations, ensuring all procedures are followed while leading a team and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage and oversee the sanitation process during the 3rd shift.
- You'll lead a team of over 25 employees, ensuring they adhere to sanitation standards and protocols.
- You'll follow and enforce all procedures to meet sanitation and safety regulations.
- You'll work with the operations team to oversee 8 bottling machines and ensure sanitation of equipment and pipes, utilizing Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes.
- You'll ensure compliance with both cold and hot production standards.
Experience & Qualifications:
- You need to have experience in the beverage and/or food industry.
- You should be knowledgeable about CIP systems and sanitation procedures for industrial equipment.
- You'll manage vendor relationships as the sanitation crew recently transitioned from in-house to an external vendor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing your team.

- The facility operates 14 production lines, including both cold and hot production processes.
