As the Sanitation Manager on the 3rd shift, you will be responsible for overseeing sanitation operations, ensuring all procedures are followed while leading a team and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will manage and oversee the sanitation process during the 3rd shift.
  • You'll lead a team of over 25 employees, ensuring they adhere to sanitation standards and protocols.
  • You'll follow and enforce all procedures to meet sanitation and safety regulations.
  • You'll work with the operations team to oversee 8 bottling machines and ensure sanitation of equipment and pipes, utilizing Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes.
  • You'll ensure compliance with both cold and hot production standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • You need to have experience in the beverage and/or food industry.
  • You should be knowledgeable about CIP systems and sanitation procedures for industrial equipment.
  • You'll manage vendor relationships as the sanitation crew recently transitioned from in-house to an external vendor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively managing your team.

Facility Details:

  • The facility has 200 employees.
  • The facility operates 14 production lines, including both cold and hot production processes.
