Due to continued expansion, a Sales Manager - Modular Building's, Temporary/Site Accommodation is required by our client to work across the UK.

The client is a well-established market leader within the Modular Building's, Temporary/Site Accommodation / Off-Site Construction sector, they are instantly recognisable within the industry and are well known for having a high-quality, industry leading product range which makes them extremely competitive against competition and will give customers a great experience. They also feel it is an exciting time to join the organisation as the company continues to prosper, year on year and has huge growth plans in place for over the next 5 years.

They are looking for applicants with proven Sales and Business Development skills in Modular Buildings or Temporary/Site Accommodation, alternatively they will also look at candidates with experience of working within another sector that Hires Products or who have experience of the Wider Hire & Rental market across the UK.

The business is very well established and strong within the Construction industry, they also sell into Housebuilders, they do some work in Retail and Commercial although this is an area they want this candidate to put more focus on so experience of these sectors would certainly be advantageous.

In addition, what they do is very bespoke and flexible which will make an enormous difference with customers and they are very much a specialist within the sector. They are also in the final stages of developing a revolutionary new product for the industry using leading industry methods and have actually already done a 'Soft Launch' with a Full Launch to occur within the next 6-12 months so you will be working with one of the best, if not potentially the best product on the market.

As the Sales Manager - Modular Building's, Temporary/Site Accommodation, you will be responsible for the sales and business development of the company's high-quality products. The role will be a mix of working from the office and working in the field along with visiting the company's numerous offices and sites.

You will be measured on sales achieved, profit generation and helping and mentoring the design and estimating team.

The role offers excellent, diverse, and potentially rapid opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in the company for the successful applicant so you will be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual. More specifically, the plan is to grow a Sales Team around this person so again it is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.

You will possess a Proven Track Record of Business Development and Sales in Modular Buildings or Temporary/Site Accommodation or you will have strong experience of working within another sector that Hires Products or of working in the Wider Hire & Rental market.

The company require applicants who brings an entrepreneurial spirit, is very sharp, can show initiative and is hard working. They also want someone who is self-motivated and very switched on. They like candidates who are confident without being arrogant and someone who can demonstrate stability on their CV.
