Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and expand our market presence in Thailand.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across industries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and key accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Manage and mentor the local sales team, providing guidance and support to maximise performance.
  • Regularly monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the material handling or power transmission industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Thai market and established network in relevant sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
