The Role:
As the Sales Director, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the company's sales strategy. Your primary objectives will include:
- Driving Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
- Market Expansion: Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored security solutions for clients.
- Monitor KPIs and produce regular performance reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its reputation and network.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: A strong background in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in the security, facilities management, or related industries.
- Proven Success: Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership Skills: A natural leader with experience building and managing successful sales teams.
