Sales Director - Leading Security Services Company

Location: Midlands, UK
Salary: Up to £85,000 base + performance-based bonus + benefits

Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of driving growth and building high-performing teams? A leading security services company in the Midlands is looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to spearhead their growth strategy and deliver exceptional results.

The Role:
As the Sales Director, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the company's sales strategy. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Driving Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
  • Market Expansion: Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored security solutions for clients.
  • Monitor KPIs and produce regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its reputation and network.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: A strong background in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, ideally in the security, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership Skills: A natural leader with experience building and managing successful sales teams.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify opportunities, create innovative strategies, and deliver results.
  • Client-Focused: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
