Are you a highly motivated and results oriented salesperson, with experience in the solar pv market?

Our client, a global leading pv manufacturer are currently seeking a Sales Director to join their team in the Scandinavian region. As Sales Director, your main responsibilities will be to drive sales of their pv products into the Scandinavian market. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead and coordinate with KAM managers of designated country to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the Scandinavian market.
  • Lead the regional sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market share and revenue.
  • Devise sales plans and strategies as necessary to hit KPIs and targets.

To be considered for the position of Sales Director, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Strong commercial background
  • Previous experience working for a pv manufacturer (desirable)
  • Strong network of customers across the Scandinavian market (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
