Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to join their team, focusing on the automotive and commercial vehicle industries. The role will involve managing key client relationships, securing new business, and fostering strong connections with industry decision-makers. The Sales Account Manager will also be the key point of contact for both customers and internal teams, offering expert advice and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, focusing on customer retention and growth within the automotive and commercial vehicle sectors.
- Actively target and secure new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle, bus, and truck markets.
- Identify potential new market segments and lead initiatives to expand the company's customer base.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements are in place.
- Provide technical advice on lithium-ion battery solutions, prepare detailed quotations, and address customer technical requirements.
- Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, including engineering, R&D, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Represent the company at industry trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences, reinforcing the brand's reputation in lithium-ion battery technology.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5+ years in B2B sales, with a focus on the automotive, energy storage, or related sectors.
- A strong understanding of lithium-ion battery technology, with experience in the automotive or energy storage industries.
- A proactive, independent professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel across Europe for customer meetings and business trips.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
