I'm truly working with an innovative company who provide real-time air traffic surveillance to nearly 50 countries who are looking for a Regional Sales Director (Latin America / EMEA) to utilise their network within the ANSP (Air Navigation Service Provider) to drive growth and revenue.

You'll play a pivotal role in expanding their reach within the ANSP sector, building strategic partnerships, looking after existing Air Navigation Service Providers (20+), and driving revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at ANSPs
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities with regional ANSPs and aviation industries
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals with ANSPs.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development within the ANSP industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation industry and the challenges faced by ANSPs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
