ob Opportunity: Regional Manager - Security (London)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Manager to oversee our security operations in the London area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader with a strong background in security management to join our team and drive excellence in service delivery, client relations, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operational and financial performance of security contracts within the region, ensuring client requirements and contractual obligations are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of escalation and driving service improvements.
• Lead a team of site-based account managers and operational managers, ensuring high standards of performance, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Support new business opportunities, retenders, and innovation initiatives in collaboration with the business development team.
• Oversee budgeting, financial controls, and ensure all resources are utilized efficiently to meet business targets.
• Promote a culture of service excellence, sustainability, and social value across your team.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in security management with a focus on physical security and client relations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support teams.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Must hold or be eligible for SC Clearance.
• Willingness to be present in the regional area 3-4 days per week.

Health & Safety and Information Security:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and security policies.
• Address any deficiencies in service delivery and report incidents as required.
• Maintain a proactive approach to managing security risks and client asset protection.
