Regional Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Account Manager to drive growth and enhance client relationships. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic organization committed to innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy sector.

This role is based in Calgary.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop product ranges and revenue targets, enhancing account growth through a comprehensive product line.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their business needs are understood and met.
• Identify opportunities to deliver value-added services, working collaboratively with clients to achieve their objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the Business Development Manager on a daily basis to enhance account management strategies.
• Meet and exceed KPIs established by the General Manager of Sales.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Renewable Energy. Practical knowledge of PV mounting products or inverter/ESS products is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, or Engineering, with a preference for candidates experienced in Solar PV.
• Highly motivated with a keen ability to identify improvements and opportunities for growth.
• Energetic and objective-driven, demonstrating professionalism and a strong capacity for self-learning.
• Excellent time-management skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
