Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager, searching for your next big move in a progressive industry?

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Industrial Automation team in Horsforth!

As Recruitment Manager, you will be working to lead a forward-thinking, proactive, and supportive team who have an established reputation for being specialists in their markets.

This role of Recruitment Manager, will be based at our head office in Horsforth, with free parking on site, close to public transport with the addition of a few extra on site treat's, dress down, drinks fridges, space for downtime and socialising, not to mention the ping pong table and darts board!

About you:

  • Proven track record within 360 recruitment and people management
  • Experience within the Industrial Automation Industry is desirable but NOT essential.
  • Comfortable and confident in approaching Business Development with new and existing clients.
  • A passion for supporting and developing a team of recruitment consultants.
  • A team Player who is looking to grow and develop within their Recruitment Career.
