Description

You will be responsible for operating on site as well as managing a team. This role is also open to a Senior Quality Coordinator looking for a step up in their career to gain management experience or a more experienced QM looking for a new challenge.

Key accountability's include but are not limited to:

• A clear, confident and concise communicator who is able manage a small team
• Drive maintenance of the food safety QMS
• Well-organised and the ability to multi tast in a fast pace environment
• Committed to food safety and drive these principles
• Ethical and responsible, understands and adheres to Quality Standards of Business Conduct always

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Degree qualification in Quality Assurance/Food Safety/Food science or equivalent

In depth manufacturing knowledge and experience in a Food environment

Proven people management skills with ability to flex styles to differing individual needs

Sound knowledge of food production process and retail food standards

Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organisation
