Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and formulas while collaborating with management to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain all quality control records, ensuring compliance with state and customer requirements.
• Lead the quality control team, overseeing inspections, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Manage plant certifications, quality control plans, and material procurement (cement, aggregates, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and established procedures.
• Organize team schedules to meet production and customer demands.
• Train new staff on batch plant operations and quality control processes.
• Address operational challenges effectively and ensure high-quality results align with project and client expectations.

Requirements: (preferred but not necessary)

• Certification in Concrete Testing
• NPCA certification
• Experience in manufacturing or field testing/inspection
• Interpreting production shop drawings
