Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of contracts with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Strategically plan and track all project activities, ensuring clear and timely communication of progress.
• Maintain a precise cost management plan with accurate forecasting.
• Play an active role in procurement and material delivery, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
• Confidently report project status for all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct negotiations with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide expert guidance on costing, high-level project planning, and document development during the sales phase.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers through regular engagement and collaboration.
• Actively coordinate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition from project realization to ongoing service.
• Work closely with management to establish an optimized, lean project organization.
• Support the development and refinement of project templates and realization processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management accreditation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managed projects.
• Strong understanding of warehouse intra-logistics systems and robotic automated solutions.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel domestically and within the region as required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with advanced negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships, with a clear focus on high quality and ensuring all the customers' needs are met.
