Project Manager - Retail Fit Out

Location: Riyadh (HQ) - Will involve travel across KSA

Salary: 20,000 SAR - 25,000 SAR + Benefits

CSG Talent are partnered with a global fit out consultancy who are working with some of the largest brands in the world, developing state of the art retail stores across the GCC.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and timelines.
    • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project requirements.
    • Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning.

  • Budget and Cost Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within approved limits.
    • Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure cost-effective solutions.

  • Project Execution and Monitoring:
    • Oversee daily operations and activities of shopfitting projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
    • Facilitate regular site meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication among all parties involved.

  • Quality Control and Compliance:
    • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
    • Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies or non-compliance issues.

  • Client and Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
    • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and senior management.
