Position Overview:

The Project Manager is a highly responsible role, requiring deep technical knowledge of the construction process with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and project completion. As the main point of contact, the Project Manager will oversee the organization, implementation, and successful completion of projects, ensuring client satisfaction at all stages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building owners, managers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project organization, implementation, and completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Manage all aspects of project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct job cost and cash flow analysis, including preparation of financial reports.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
  • Utilize Procore modules for Project Management and Financial Management.
  • Work with Microsoft Project to track progress, assess changes, and adjust project schedules as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience in construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, including architecture, engineering, and the construction process.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, building owners, consultants, architects, and team members.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles, with experience in job cost and cash flow analysis.
  • Mastery of Procore Project Management and Financial Management tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and understanding of the implications of schedule changes.
