Production Supervisor - Colorado

CSG Talent is currently looking for a Production Supervisor with experience in operations including rock, gravel, sand, limestone, granite, ready mix, concrete, and cement. You will encompass the strategic management of safety protocols, site planning, quality control, production, and maintenance.

Essential Functions

• Oversee mobile equipment and portable plant consumables, coordinating with plant management to maintain inventory levels.
• Manage daily activities such as stripping, drilling & blasting, loading & hauling, and producing rip-rap and road base.
• Work with fellow supervisors to ensure equipment maintenance during scheduled downtimes, boosting production efficiency.
• Monitor production processes to ensure materials meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and maintenance schedules. Generate reports for management review.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of quarry operations, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Experience with either sand, gravel, granite, aggregates, or open pit mine would be preferred.
• Able to problem solve challenges
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Operation knowledge of heavy mobile equipment.
