This firm has a strong reputation for delivering high-profile projects mainly across Commercial, Higher Education, Civic & Multifamily markets and is looking for a dynamic leader to help drive its continued success.

The Role:

As Principal you will play a pivotal leadership role, overseeing design, business development, and strategic growth. This is an opportunity to influence the direction of the firm, foster client relationships, and mentor a talented team of architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and design leadership to elevate the firm's projects and market presence.
• Lead and oversee significant projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, helping to secure new business and expand the firm's portfolio.
• Mentor and develop emerging talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Collaborate with leadership on firm strategy, business growth, and operational efficiency's.
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect with 15+ years of experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in design leadership, client relations, and project execution.
• A successful track record in business development and winning new work.
• Experience in Commercial, Higher Education, Civic or Multifamily markets.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive a culture of design excellence.
• Strong knowledge of firm financial and operational strategy.
