We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Outside Oracle Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through the sale of managed services, cloud consulting, and Oracle's full suite of cloud and SaaS offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with key Oracle representatives. A successful candidate will possess the ability to develop a territory and secure new clients, even in a highly competitive landscape.

Travel: Up to 50%

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of proven success in sales Oracle technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Cloud Consulting, and managed services.
  • Familiarity with Oracle On-Prem Licensing and OCI/SaaS products is a plus.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong partnership-building skills, especially with Oracle and other key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably SFDC) and Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of the business development lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, account planning, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Research client needs, challenges, and industry trends to customize solutions that address their specific goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Oracle, prospects, and clients, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demos.
  • Stay current on Oracle products, services, and technology trends to offer expert guidance to clients.
  • Track sales activities and performance using SFDC to ensure accountability and drive success.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and product knowledge.
