Marketing Leader (Director/VP level)

Based: East Coast USA

Salary: Up to $275,000 (dependent upon experience), bonus and further benefits

Are you a proven hands on senior marketeer experienced working with disruptive, niche and brand new technologies within the MedTech hospital space?

Have you ever successfully led a product launch to market, changing the way something is entirely delivered clinically to improve patient outcomes based on your medical equipment or devices? Have you ever launched a "never seen before" technology and/or method that genuinely solves a serious and long standing clinical issue in the hospital?

CSG are proudly and exclusively partnering arguable one of the most exciting fast growing businesses in the acute/critical care equipment and devices, small in stature at the moment but destined for a big future based on the problems it will solve and it's already proven clinical outcomes in the ICU space. It's genuinely one of kind and value it will add to patient recovery in the ICU will be groundbreaking. The business is commercializing and as a result wants to drive their sales and marketing activities in the USA, looking for a hands on Marketing Lead to create and deliver a world class marketing strategy.

Commercial Strategy & Market Development:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our first commercial product, including market segmentation, positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Define the value proposition and messaging to effectively communicate the impact of our disruptive technology to key stakeholders (clinicians, hospital administrators, payers, and distributors).
  • Lead market development initiatives, including physician education.
  • Identify early adopters and develop targeted programs to accelerate initial adoption and market penetration.

Branding & Product Positioning:

  • Build and evolve the company's brand identity, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and mission.
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral, sales tools, and digital assets to support the commercial team.
  • Identify, cultivate and leverage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and establish Voice of Customer activities to feed the product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Drive thought leadership through content marketing, PR, and industry conferences.

Demand Generation & Sales Enablement

  • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive product awareness and lead conversion.
  • Partner closely with the sales team to develop tools, training, and strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid media, social media, and email marketing, to maximize reach.

Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking

  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine strategy.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing impact and optimize campaigns.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to align business If the above description fits your experience and expertise

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years experience in a hands on senior marketing leadership role in Medtech, more specifically complex Medtech equipment and/or devices sold into the US hospital market
  • The ideal person will have experience of acute/critical care equipment and/or devices experience, but we can and will happily consider other disruptive areas of hospital Medtech
  • Previous experience of bringing new Medtech hospital technologies to market
  • Upstream/strategic and downstream marketing experience, this must be hands on delivery experience
  • Able to work from the office when needed (location of the US office will be shared when discussed)
