Manufacturing Engineer
Location - USA

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes to ensure efficient, cost-effective manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Design and implement solutions to enhance yield, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale new products from concept to production.
  • Lead equipment installation or modifications, ensuring optimal output and minimal downtime.
  • Use data analysis and statistical techniques to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
  • Conduct FMEA to reduce risks and enhance process reliability.
  • Develop and maintain process control plans, including SPC and in-process monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with teams to promote Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical).
  • 0-6 years of engineering experience (food industry experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding or ability to learn food safety regulations and quality systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 5%.
